Fast track historic renovations to Manchester’s Bakersville Elementary School. Scope of work included the demo of the existing windows and door systems, framing and ceiling systems. The rough openings were reframed, which was not easy since the building was out of plumb being so old. Custom aluminum energy efficient windows and door systems were installed to match the original windows from when the original building was constructed. Classrooms received new paint, interior highly durable PVC trim and new ceilings along with misc. electrical and mechanical upgrades.
