Design-Build of an approximately 12,000 sf office and garage for the City of Dover’s Facilities, Grounds & Cemetery Division. The facility is a slab on grade, single story building consisting of office space, storage, shop and warehouse.

We were selected to build a new 7,500 square foot ground water mitigation building, support buildings and reconstruct 300 cubic yards of airfield tarmac at the former Pease Air Force Base. This was certainly a challenging and exciting project!

This new facility houses restrooms for beach goers and lifeguard support spaces. New sidewalks, landscaping, lighting, and complete reconstruction of the parking lot were also part of this redevelopment project.

Design-Build second story addition, first floor renovation and garage upgrades to the City of Dover, NH’s South End Fire Station. All work was performed and scheduled around a fully operational fire station.
