Design build of a 40’ x 120’ addition to the existing maintenance building. Helical piles had to be installed under the footings due to unsatisfactory subgrade material. New building consists of new siding, roof shingles, overhead doors, concrete floor, vehicle wash bay, and radiant heat.
Renovations to the Country Store that included a 25’ x 40’ addition at the rear of the building for drystorage, structural renovations in the deli area, new flooring in prep area, painting and FRP to all wallsin the kitchen. Fire Safety upgrades were also necessary to bring building up to code.
3,500 square foot doctors office fit up in Dover, NH. Partnering with Port One Architects, this space was delivered from concept to finish on a fast track schedule. Scope of Work included converting a 3,500 sq. ft. space into a biology research laboratory and educational space including process and gas piping, HVAC systems, exhaust hoods, lab casework and epoxy resin coated counters, electrical systems and finishes. Work also included upgrades to adjacent laboratories and classrooms.
Careno Construction and Plymouth State University partnered on this major interior renovation to Speare Hall.Scope of work included new walls and partitions, floor finishes, painting, ceilings, egress stairway, andmechanical and electrical systems. Major life safety upgrades to the home of UNH indoor sports complex! CarenoConstruction, as general contractor, oversaw the installation of a new state-of-the-art fire alarm/life safety system and all associated components associated. We were selected to build a new 7,500 square foot ground water mitigation building, support buildings and reconstruct 300 cubic yards of airfield tarmac at the former Pease Air Force Base. This was certainly a challenging and exciting project!
Careno has been selected for the fire remediation project at the US Coast Guard Station in New Castle for the UNH Coastal Marine Labs.
